What You’ll Receive. With your consent, we send SMS/MMS related to Cool2Cash (reminders, tips, account or appointment updates, and occasional promotions). Message frequency varies based on activity.

Opt-In. You will receive texts only after you provide express consent (e.g., checking a box on a form and submitting your number, replying YES/START to a text, or consenting on a recorded call). Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP. We also recognize END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT. After you send a stop keyword, you’ll receive one final confirmation message and no further texts from that number unless you opt in again.
